1. Service Engagement Terms

HelixMetricLabs operates on milestone-based billing. Payments are tied to deliverable project phases as defined in the service agreement.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated under the following conditions:

• Full refund: If HelixMetricLabs fails to deliver the agreed scope due to internal factors and no work has commenced.
• Partial refund: If work has commenced but the engagement is terminated before a milestone is completed, a prorated refund for incomplete work is issued.
• No refund: For completed milestones that have been delivered and approved by the client.

3. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the relevant invoice date. Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.

4. Dispute Resolution

In case of disagreement regarding refund eligibility, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal remedies. The applicable jurisdiction is Sevilla, España.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging HelixMetricLabs for data analytics services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all service engagements, deliverables, and interactions.

2. Scope of Services

HelixMetricLabs provides data analytics, pipeline architecture, predictive modeling, and related consulting services. Each engagement's specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are defined in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom-built models, pipelines, and dashboards specific to their engagement. HelixMetricLabs retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, libraries, and general-purpose tools used in service delivery.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all shared data, methodologies, and business information. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of 36 months.

5. Limitation of Liability

HelixMetricLabs' total liability for any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6. Data Processing Agreement

Where HelixMetricLabs processes personal data on behalf of the client, a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR will be executed.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all completed milestones.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of España. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sevilla.
